About the Exhibition

PJ Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition Fragments of Presence, featuring the latest watercolor works by artist Una Ursprung.

Presented in the gallery space, the exhibition will be on view from June 13 to July 18, 2026.

After a long journey through life during which Una’s vision was veiled, fractured by a daily existence where light no longer seemed to have a place, the artist presents a new series of works that invites us to contemplate a wind rising into swirling vortices, offering glimpses, through its openings, of a distant horizon.

These are authentic landscapes in which all things appear suspended, fragmented. The eye cannot mistake nature: hills, trees, foliage, lakes, stones, the sky, and ourselves. To behold these landscapes in the early morning is to lose all sense of proportion. Our imagination comes alive, and it is here that life begins.
