This expression is an ode to the present moment and the quiet life. The artist takes us to the world of the Creoles of the southern United States where Fat Tuesday is perhaps, since the 18th century, the main celebration of the year because it links generations around festive atmospheres and tasty food. Just before the sobriety of Lent, it is an opportunity for everyone to live in splendor and carefree.
However, TJ Dedeaux-Norris takes us into a particular universe, sparse and sometimes tortured: an open book which makes us sail from her childhood to her conscious and revolted adult life.
